We created a VR experience to give attendees of Oculus Connect a taste of the unparalleled potential of virtual reality for training and education. The demo is specifically designed for Oculus Quest headset and combines live-action footage with real-time 3D. The story puts you in the shoes of an engineer experiencing a first day at Facebook and lets you explore the campus, practise troubleshooting in the data center, and rehearse a talk for a full auditorium. By recreating training situations that aren’t easily replicated in real life or other media, this demo demonstrates the unique value of VR.
