For SVT and DDB Stockholm, MediaMonks created an app for iOS and Android allowing people to involve themselves in the social extravaganza of Musikhjälpen — an annual event in Sweden corralling celebrities into cohabitation for a week. A group of TV & radio personalities are locked in a literal glass house for 144 hours. Volunteers coordinate the entire event to raise money for a rotating charity each year and book A-list celebrities to perform by the glass house. The Musikhjälpen app allows users to participate in the festivities. Donate money for a song, answer questions, vote on polls, and send “love bombs” to your friends and families.
